Our breakfast buffet offers a varied and tasty assortment of fresh products prepared every morning: high-quality baked goods, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruits and seasonal vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams and preserves, highlighting some local products such as the traditional Milanese Michetta bread, Gorgonzola and Grana Padano — two of the region’s finest cheeses — Bresaola, and the iconic Panettone, a symbol of Milanese pastry tradition, all accompanied by a selection of coffee specialties and a wide variety of hot and cold beverages. For guests with intolerances or specific dietary needs, there are dedicated plant-based and "free from" products available.

The jams at our buffet are special because they are purchased from the Cottolengo Monastery, which produces them for Phi Hotels. The initiative called “Il buono che fa bene” reflects our commitment to the well-being of our guests, as the jams contain only seasonal fruit, harvested at the peak of ripeness, untreated and with a low-calorie content, while also supporting the community benefit, as Phi Hotels' purchase contributes to the sustenance of the Cottolengo Monastery.

To offer an environmentally and socially respectful breakfast service, we pay particular attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste, and using local sustainable km 0 products.

Breakfast at the hotel is the best way to give yourself a pleasant wake-up and a great start to the day.

The service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with extended hours until 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. For guests who need to leave early, an Early Breakfast service is provided.
